Berlin-bound!*

Vegan Life magazine Berlin

As much as I love a bit of sunshine, when it comes to holidays, I'm all about the city break. Andrew and I visited Glasgow last summer and made the trip to Paris a few years before that, but for a while now we've had our hearts set on visiting Berlin.

Post-best friend's wedding I had the blues. Big time. I'd been looking forward to my bestie coming back from Canada and super-hyped to be part of her big day, so when it was over there was a big, fun-shaped hole in my life. So we decided to fill it by finally booking our trip to Berlin!

We don't fly out until early September, but I cannot wait, and have been scouring the internet for places to go and - more importantly - the best vegan restaurants to visit. So when I spotted an article all about Berlin in the latest edition of Vegan Life magazine I practically squealed with excitement, it couldn't have come at a better time!

Vegan Life magazine

Aside from plenty of recommendations for the best places to eat in Berlin, the latest edition of Vegan Life also has some pretty impressive looking vegan pizza recipes as well as the usual news and interviews.

Vegan Life magazine has now gone monthly but I'm happy to report it hasn't lost any of its content and is still packed to the brim with informative news, reviews, competitions and recipes. Plus the photography is just gorgeous.

If you have any recommendations for places to eat or visit in Berlin, please leave them in the comments below or tweet me @teaonthetyne - I already have a notebook packed with ideas so you can help me whittle them down!
